Rhaegar is a bastard son of Aegon the Usurper, currently posing as a hedge knight wandering the Seven

Kingdoms.

Appearance and Personality[]

Tall and somewhat handsome, Rhaegar does not appear to be a bastard borne of a Targaryen. His mother was a noble woman from the Riverlands, though he does have the hair of a Targaryen, he keeps his hair dyed to protect his true identity. He also has piercing dark blue eyes, that in the right lighting can appear to be purple. Due to his father's death early in his life, Rhaegar was raised by a knight named Garrett Gaunt who instilled in him more humble values than someone of his birth might be expected to have.
